Is there a reliable wifi connection available throughout the retreat, including in the villas?

All wifi issues have been resolved and Starlink service is now available, providing access across the entire property, including all villas.
Are pets allowed at the retreat? I have a small dog that I would like to bring.

What is the process for booking spa treatments during my stay?

Do the villas have any special restrictions regarding children?

Children are not allowed in the Botanica Spa Villas or the Lakehouse Spa Villas. However, families are welcome in the Garden Spa Villas, which accommodate children.
